Monday: Bodypump
Tuesday: Yoga AM, Spin class PM
Wednesday: 50 minute elliptical interval workout + abs
Thursday: Bodypump
Friday: 30 minute interval run on treadmill + 20 minute elliptical + ab work
Satuday: 4 mile run (first run of my half marathon training!)
Sunday: We'll see what I get around to today. bodypump and yoga are on my mind. (but so is a nap!)
